Private consulting · Application only

A physician in your corner.

Not a course. A doctor who knows your bloodwork, your calendar and your goals, until the numbers move.

Everything is built around YOU.

1

Private calls

One to one with Dr. Chen. His full attention, no clock on the wall.

2

Your individual program

Training, food, sleep and supplements built around your labs and your week.

3

Bloodwork, read by an MD

A full panel reviewed together, marker by marker, in plain language.

4

The difference, measured

What changes when a physician has time.

Comparison basis12

  1. Average primary care visit length reflects widely published figures for US primary care.
  2. Remaining figures describe how a private consulting engagement is structured. They are not a promise of any medical outcome.
The first 90 days

What the work looks like.

Weeks 1 to 2

Measure everything

Full intake and a complete lab panel. We find your real starting point.

Weeks 3 to 4

Build the plan

We read your results together. You leave knowing what to do on Monday.

Weeks 5 to 10

Execute and adjust

Calls and the direct line handle the friction: travel, injuries, bad weeks.

Weeks 11 to 12

Retest and prove it

Same panel, same lab. The numbers side by side.

The full picture

What we work on.

Hormones

The markers that decide how you feel at 7am.

Sleep

Where recovery and hormone production actually happen.

Fuel

Food, alcohol and the micronutrients that run your metabolism.

Body

Strength and conditioning that respects your joints.

Mind

Stress load and the weight that never shows on a chart.

Drive

Libido, energy and the appetite for your own life.

Why nothing has worked YET.

01

Fifteen minutes

A standard visit is long enough to name a symptom. It is not long enough to find the cause underneath it.

02

No context

Normal range is built from a sick population. Sitting inside it says very little about you.

03

Strangers’ advice

A protocol written for a twenty three year old influencer was never your protocol.

Is this actually for you?

This is not for you if

  • You want a magic pill or a weekend fix
  • You collect information instead of acting on it
  • You need someone to want it more than you
  • You want a prescription written on request
  • You do not want to hear the truth about your own health

This is for you if

  • You lead a family, a team or a business
  • You want a plan designed for you, built on your own human data, not a number on a chart
  • You will do the work once the path is clear
  • You are done experimenting on yourself
  • You understand that this is a marathon, not a sprint
Application only

Applications are read personally. Waitlist available when consulting is closed.

Questions

Before you apply.

Is this medical treatment?

No. Guidance and education with medical grade measurement. It does not replace your own doctor.

Who is it for?

Men who carry responsibility and have been giving everyone else their leftovers.

How much time each week?

The plan is built around your schedule. Training, food and sleep take the time they take, and the exact commitment is set with you when the plan is written.

Do I need labs before I apply?

No. Ordering the right panel is part of the first two weeks. If you have had labs done anywhere in the last three months, send them. He is happy to review them, and they often fill gaps that a standard panel misses.

What about TRT?

Covered honestly: what the numbers mean and when medication is worth a conversation with your prescriber.

Can I do this from outside the US?

Calls work anywhere. Mention your country and lab ordering gets sorted first.

What does it cost?

It depends on the complexity of the case, so it is discussed once an application is accepted.

What if I already take medication?

Say so in the application. This works alongside your prescriber, never around them.

What if consulting is full?

Applications stay open either way. He reads every one personally. If you are accepted but cannot start yet, you go on the waitlist and he contacts you when a place comes free.

What happens after I apply?

It is read personally. You get a reply either way, with a straight answer.

Lead from strength.

Worst case you get an honest answer about where you stand.
