The physician

The doctor who unplugged.

Raised to become a doctor, he sensed early that the motivation was misaligned. After medical school he chose a different path.

My story

A cog who stopped turning.

“I was a cog in it, with little real autonomy to change anyone’s health in a way that lasted.”

Raised in New Jersey inside a classic drive for academic excellence and the doctor path, I stood out. Not from a lack of effort, but from a deep sense of meaninglessness.

Medical school showed me a profit driven system dressed up as altruism. So I broke free, moved into other industries, and found healing far beyond pills and procedures. That insight is what my consultations are built on today.

Professional journey

Trained inside it. Practicing outside it.

Medical education trains a physician to make a body reliant on medication, surgery and hospitals. It does not teach a body how to thrive. That is what I was taught.

I trained inside that system and I still work in it. The degree is an MD from Albany Medical College, with residency at the University of South Florida.

Knowing it from the inside is what lets me work it in your favour instead. I know how an appointment is built, what gets asked inside it, and what never gets looked at. So the consultations I run start where the standard visit stops.

“The journey toward lasting health begins the moment you have the courage to embrace the raw truth.”

Philosophy on health

Five things he holds to.

You are unique.

Not a number on a chart. Your plan should have your name on it.

Health is not isolated.

It feeds your family, your friendships, your finances, your faith and your freedom.

More than pills.

The easy road is rarely the one that lasts.

Measure, then move.

You cannot improve what you never measured.

Freedom is needing less.

Thriving without a cabinet full of medications.
